Dress Styles Have Changed Since I Was in School But the LBD Never Goes Out of Style

A few weeks ago I went dressing shopping with a friend and her daughter.  Mission was to find a Homecoming dress for a 15-16 year old.   When I was in school, many many eons ago the fashion was long, floor length dresses but now that’s all changed and the fashion is short, long or in between.  I love the fashions available for young girls today and they can be worn for homecoming, prom or even weddings.

Now me being a little um, older than 15-16 OK a lot older my fashion choices are a bit more, how should I put this, modest.  Then there’s the fact that I’m a plus size makes my choices more limited.  That’s one reason I was so excited when I was asked to tell you about DressFirst.  Dress First has dresses for any occasion from those mentioned above to bridesmaid dresses and even wedding gowns.  They also have some selections in plus sizes which I love.

Now I know they say every woman needs at least one LBD (Little Black Dress) in their closet and I’ve hit pay dirt with some of these selections.
